In 2005, The Visual-Lean Institute was established to train and license internal and external instructors and consultants across nine core courses related to visual workplace technologies, operating as a virtual program worldwide.

Based in West Warwick, Rhode Island, it maintains a small team delivering training and consulting services to help clients implement visual solutions that align what should happen with what actually occurs.
