Voog is a website builder that is best for creating multilingual websites. Our story starts in the early 2000s, when our founders were running one of the first digital agencies in Estonia. Out of the frustration of having to build a content management system (CMS) for each separate website grew the idea to create a universal CMS that could be used for websites of all sizes. Right from the beginning, it has always been our primary obsession to keep management of the websites as easy as possible, so that people can focus on creating great content rather than hustling with technical difficulties. In addition to that, we have always felt that people should be able to consume content on the web in their mother tongue; therefore, we have built the easiest system to create websites in multiple languages. Even today, more than 10 years later, we remain true to those two main ideas. Being the easiest website builder and the best one for multilingual websites is still our main driver. Unfortunately, the simplicity of our website builder sets certain limits to its functionality. To overcome that problem, we have also created a set of tools for developers that are rather unusual in the context of a website builder – a powerful API and Developer Toolkit. So, with the help of a developer with basic know-how, you can do almost anything. Behind all of this are our founders, whose experience includes building and launching services like Skype, Taxify, and Sixfold.
