We are a CPA firm located in Somerville, NJ that performs accounting and tax services, litigation support, business valuation and financial planning.  Approximately half of our professional services are performed providing litigation support and business valuation and the balance of our services are performed providing accounting and tax services and financial planning. 

Our Certified Valuation Analysts (CVAs) are focused on providing sound, independent litigation support services in the areas of shareholder disputes, lost profits and damages claims, family law and forensic accounting.  Litigation support services also include consulting services in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, business valuations, and expert testimony. 

Our Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) are focused on accounting services and traditional tax preparation and tax planning services.  Some other areas of emphasis for the firm include, but are not limited to cash flow and budget analysis and small business accounting - including part-time CFO functions.
