In recent years, Plaintiffs’ firms and television advertisements have portrayed health care providers in the long term care arena in a biased and unfair light.  Our attorneys dedicate considerable time to the defense of long-term care providers who find themselves the target of unsubstantiated claims of elderly abuse or neglect. 

In addition to long term care cases, our attorneys routinely defend healthcare providers from accusations of malpractice and professional liability.  Often times, allegations of malpractice are accompanied by disciplinary proceedings before the various licensing boards, which can be serious, career-ending legal dilemmas.  Our attorneys are here to assist in those disciplinary matters, as well.
