Louis E. Waller founded Waller Corporation in Washington, Pennsylvania, in 1986 and has remained in the Waller family, under the direction of both Mr. Waller and his son, Louis E. Waller III. In over thirty years of operations, Waller has grown from a start-up contractor service to becoming one of western Pennsylvania's largest and most active minority contractors.  

Our core services include pre-construction, construction, and project management with expertise extending into project design, site planning, and site development.  We are well versed in the public and private sectors.
