The company was formed in 1979 under the name of Walzel and Associates, Inc. In 1999, Walzel Technical Services, Inc. was formed with most of the same management in place. The primary objective of Walzel Technical Services is to provide Third Party Inspection services to the oil and gas markets and to other major construction projects worldwide.
