The Warren County Chamber of Business & Industry (WCCBI) is a nonprofit organization serving as the principal economic, community, and business development entity for Warren County, Pennsylvania. It relies on member businesses for the majority of its operating funds and also generates revenue through managing the Warren County Industrial Complex, a business incubator/multi-tenant facility.
