Warren Equity Partners ("WEP") is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market operating companies primarily in North America. WEP invests in companies that provide mission-critical products and services to the infrastructure and building markets. WEP targets six key sectors: Power & Utilities, Digital Infrastructure, Transportation, Water & Wastewater, Buildings & Facilities, and Waste. WEP invests in established companies where additional capital and operating resources can accelerate growth. WEP invests in the form of buyouts, growth equity, and recapitalizations.
