Washington Youth Soccer is a nonprofit organization that provides youth soccer opportunities for players aged 5 to 19 across Washington State. It coordinates a network of 33 Member Associations and more than 150 clubs delivering recreational, select and regional programs, including TOPSoccer for players with disabilities. The organization runs four annual State Cup tournaments, state-level leagues, an Elite Player Development program, and several outreach initiatives. Based in Tukwila, Washington, it operates within the spectator sports sector as a governing body that supports age-appropriate training and holistic player development. The community includes over 150,000 members statewide, and in May 2026 it expanded offerings with the launch of Washington Youth Soccer Match Pass, a collaboration with Sounders FC and Starbucks.
