Waters & Associates is St. Louis’ leading real estate company serving executives and their families relocating to St. Louis, as well as in-town buyers and sellers.  In addition, we offer a full-service property management and leasing services division that caters to local clients and relocating executives referred to us by our corporate clients. 

The different components of our business come together to provide a synergy that benefits our clients in many ways. A relocating family might initially want to view rental properties with one of our leasing agents, but later decides they want to buy; we can easily transition them to one of our buyer’s agents. And, we can give our buyers the advantage of information on our upcoming listings that have not yet been announced, giving them a head start over other potential buyers.
