We take a proactive approach to community wellness, working to provide stepping-stones to better health for hundreds of individuals and families throughout our region. • Our innovative ONE Wellness program uses intensive, one-on-one coaching by a physician-led team that includes a registered dietitian and fitness trainer to help participants transform their lives through a combination of diet, exercise and mindfulness. • Foodservice at WRMC includes a farm-to-table style restaurant, open to the community and featuring our own 11,000 square foot kitchen garden. Through Harvest Market, WRMC offers cooking and nutrition courses—some free—led, jointly, by a registered dietitian and trained chef.
