We are a full-service CPA firm licensed in Washington. We provide tax, accounting and audit/review services to a broad array of nonprofit organizations, affordable housing entities, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals.

For over 30 years, Watson McDonell has been a Seattle-based, full-service CPA firm dedicated to providing superior quality service.  Our professionals are licensed to practice in the State of Washington. We provide tax, accounting and audit/review services to a broad array of small and medium-sized businesses, individuals and nonprofit organizations. We are a majority woman-owned firm.  

Providing audit and tax services to nonprofit organizations is a focus of our practice. These include organizations serving providing housing and social services, providing education and community development,  the arts, providing legal services, conducting medical research, and providing religious services.

We also have significant expertise with low-income housing government programs, including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, HUD, and USDA-RD regulations. For the low-income housing tax credit program, we prepare cost certifications, reports on carryover allocation basis, audits, tax returns and provide consulting services.
