W.B. Homes is a family-owned business that was founded in 1986 by William Bonenberger. Bill literally learned how to build houses from the ground up starting with his education at Williamson College of the Trades (The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades)  In the 39+ years since its inception, W.B. Homes has completed more than 80 communities and 3,000+ new homes (single homes, town homes, carriage homes, custom homes & 55+) throughout the greater Philadelphia area and Lehigh Valley. We have worked hard to earn the trust of our satisfied customers and our reputation as one of the area’s premier builders.

We remain as committed as ever to our original philosophy, which is “to make the new home experience for our customers one of the most pleasurable and exciting experiences of their lives”. At W.B.
