The mission of Northeast Indiana Public Radio is to engage our community with content that enriches the human experience. Northeast Indiana Public Radio, Inc. is the licensee for WBOI, WBNI, WCKZ, and W204BF. NIPR., Inc., is a 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1), and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) non-profit, charitible organization governed by an 18 member board of trustees. Additional guidance is provided by a 24 member community advisory board. NIPR, Inc. employs a staff of 11, complemented by more than 50 regularly scheduled area volunteers who assist with on-air operations and off-air support.
