For over two decades, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with our communities, growing to manage 6,700 homes across Cheshire and Warrington, alongside garages, shops, play areas, and green spaces. In 2024, we achieved a milestone that sets us apart:
C1 – Consumer Standard: One of the first landlords in England to earn this new grading, introduced in April 2024. It reflects our dedication to ensuring customers are safe in their homes, treated with fairness and respect, and empowered to influence the services they receive.
V1 – Viability: The highest grading for financial strength, confirming we’re in a robust position to deliver our ambitious plans and invest in homes and communities.
G1 – Governance: The highest grading for governance, demonstrating strong leadership, effective risk management, and accountability at every level.
