Today, the company works with 100+ businesses to help them flourish online. With a full team on staff, Web Centre works tirelessly to give the best in design quality and in customer service. To that end, Web Centre has won an award for their customer service 2 years in a row (from an independent research group). History: Web Centre was founded in Lapeer, Michigan in 2009 by owner Robert Norcross. Robert started the company as a freshman in college, at the young age of 19. What was started as a hobby while working on a business degree, quickly became the major focus surrounding Robert’s life. When Robert graduated from college with his Bachelors of Business Administration, he pushed forward with Web Centre even more: adding a massive amount of clients to their portfolio and hiring a team to support the efforts and provide great customer service. Today: Today Web Centre provides a full-range of client services surrounding the internet. Anything from web design & search engine optimization (SEO) to Google advertising and online payment & donation systems. In 2016, Web Centre acquired a local competing web design company and added that company’s portfolio of clients to their own. Making Web Centre an even bigger company than before. In 2018, they proudly announced that they had spent a year setting aside a portion of their profits for charity. In doing so, they gave back $5,000 to local community organizations in Lapeer.
