With roots dating back to 1947, Webb Young Webb Woolsey Liles & Tolentino has grown to be one of the oldest and most trusted Central Oklahoma insurance agencies. Mr. Elwen H. Boese founded the agency and initially insured a large Oklahoma City trucking firm. In 1959 his son-in-law Tom Webb joined the firm. The agency achieved additional growth by extending its services to the LP Gas industry. In 1976, Bob Young joined the agency followed by Rick Webb in 1978. Significant growth followed in no small part due to targeting contractors working for Southwestern Bell. During this period, the agency adopted the name, Webb Young & Webb, Inc. The agency has since evolved into a full service commercial insurance agency with expertise in many different insurance areas including surety bonds. We currently serve as the insurance agency for many local and regional businesses including utility contractors, roofing contractors, manufacturers, general and trade contractors, public and private schools, non-profits as well as retail and wholesale operations. With the addition of Randy Webb in 1989, Glen Tolentino in 1998 and Gary Liles in 2006, the agency added the trade name of Webb Young Webb Woolsey Liles & Tolentino. In 2009 Aaron Woolsey, Rick’s son-in-law also joined the agency. The agency is also a partner in Bains West Inc. Bains West Inc is made up of locally owned agencies in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Together they form one of the top 100 independently owned agency groups in the United States. The buying power represented by this group is extremely beneficial to our clients when dealing with the major insurers of the U.S. Due to our size, we can access almost any major market or program that our clients may require.
