WeEn Semiconductors is a global joint venture between NXP Semiconductors and Beijing JianGuang Asset Management Co. Ltd (JAC Capital), formed to develop and manufacture bipolar power semiconductors. The company operates its business and operations center from Shanghai, China, while being registered in Nanchang, Jiangxi, and maintaining subsidiaries and branches that support bipolar production in Jilin, R&D and production support in Shanghai and the United Kingdom, and sales activities in Hong Kong and other regions.
