This brings complete control over every step and ensures your exact specifications. ► PAINTING - Your finish is the first thing you see so we’ve taken the five-stage painting process in house. With a 6’ x 10’ x 20’ paint system we're equipped to handle large-scale paint projects. ► QUALITY - Specific control plans for every part we manufacture. Two Virtek Laser QC Inspection Systems to measure accuracy to tolerances within 0.05mm (0.002”) and captures more than 500 data points per second. A Romer Portable CMM with 8’ Articulating Inspection Arm Capable of measuring .0008”. We also perform First Article Inspection Programs, Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing, Rockwell Harness Testing and Calibration Programs.
