Wellness Together is a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization that partners with schools and school districts to provide mental health services for K-12 students through a collaborative, integrated, and turn-key approach. Culturally competent Mental Health Specialists (MHS) provide evidence-based interventions within each school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Wellness Together offers individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, family engagement, and social-emotional learning classroom presentations.
