In 1949, the Wenzel family snapped on a pair of overalls and picked up where their German ancestors left off, smoking meat in a time-honored fashion. More than 70 years later and still operating out of the original barn where it all started, old world traditions mingle with modern technology and Wenzel’s Farm is a premium provider of high quality, handcrafted, small-batch meat snacks, and products.

We only use the best cuts of premium Beef and Pork in our products and unlike larger corporate giants, our family uses no fillers or binders – just quality cuts of real, protein-packed meat. 

We then enrich the natural flavor of these meats with our family recipe of select spices to create a variety of sticks and sausages. Custom crafted in small batches, each product is naturally smoked for hours on end – giving them the rich smoky taste of real hardwood hickory. It is this same family recipe and hardwood smoking process that gives our snacks their rich color and texture. That is why, unlike other brands, we use only clear casings rather than colored casings on our snack sticks.
