West Coast Homes was created in 2011 as a division of Faber Construction. Faber had been building custom homes since 1987, and it simplified things for us and our clients to create a separate residential division. We combine design expertise and construction management to create thoughtfully built homes—big, tiny, or in-between.

Since we started building tiny homes in 2015, WCH has become a well-known name in the tiny home industry. Our team of lifelong learners take pride in being a part of this innovative movement. We build custom homes and tiny homes for clients in the top northwest corner of Washington state, although we’ve also crafted tiny homes for clients who have taken our builds to more distant destinations – the San Juan islands, the Olympic Peninsula, and Eastern Washington, to name a few.
