West HQ owns and manages the Sydney Coliseum Theatre – a 2,000 seat multi-modal theatre – which has seen West HQ secure the talents of Keith Urban, Tina Area, Amy Shark, John Butler, Missy Higgins, Anh Do, The Australian Ballet, Bangarra Dance Theatre, and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. The construction of this world-class theatre led to West HQ partnering with Ticketek to create the West HQ Box Office enabling customers to purchase theatre and concert tickets directly onsite.

The Sydney Coliseum Theatre is West HQ’s second amenity of state significance. In 2013, the Olympic-standard Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) was built. Spanning 4,000m2, SGAC is the largest aquatic and fitness combination in the 12km radius. SGAC trains elite international athletes, has 6,600 Gymnastic participants per month, and its Aquatics program welcomes 140,000 swim visits per annum.

Some of Australia’s best chefs and restaurateurs also call West HQ home; the likes of the godfather of Italian pizza in Australia, Stefano Manfredi, PizzAperta Manfredi; Sean Connolly (The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room), Steak & Co. by Sean Connolly; and Steve Anastasiou (China Doll and China Lane), Chu Restaurant.

In 2019 West HQ announced its partnership with NEC to provide a ‘best in class’ customer experience for its patrons from menus, wayfinding, interactive customer promotions, and free Wi-Fi, through to a frictionless facial recognition access system and market-leading solutions for CCTV security. This partnership has positioned West HQ as a venue for technical innovation.
