We offer charter flights as well as scheduled flights throughout the province with our northern Scheduled Flights and ExpressAir service which connects Saskatoon and Regina. Athabasca Basin Development, who represents the seven communities in the Athabasca Basin, is the majority shareholder with 55% of the organization. The Prince Albert Development Corporation has held 25% of the organization since 2002.
