Western Forge & Flange is a privately held company with 80+ employees. Founded in California in 1944, we started serving the shipbuilding industry during World War II, and over the next seven decades we evolved into a global source for quality, forged products. 
Moving to Cleveland, Texas in 2007 benefited our customers by providing a better, more cost effective, and more centrally located distribution hub. Western is known throughout the industry for our diverse inventory, state of the art Quality Management System and on time deliveries.  

Primary product: Forged pipe flanges. Product range: ½” NPS- 36” NPS Secondary Product: Open die forgings – Discs, Bars, Rings, Blocks.        Product range: Discs up to 40” diameter / bars up to 45”long weighing approx. 1500# / Rings up to 70”OD, total sizes are dependent on alloy selection and thickness. 
  
Certifications: ISO-9000:2015, PED 2014/68/EU, Canadian Registration Numbers, Nuclear and non-nuclear. 

Primary alloys: 
Hastelloy- C276, B3, C22, C-2000, G-30, 230
Alloy & Misc. - Alloy 20, 200/201, 400, 600, 601, 625, 800HT, 825, AL6XN (N08367), 904L.  Stainless Steel - 310, 317L, 321, 347.  Duplex Stainless- 2205, 2507, 255, and Zeron 100.  Titanium- Grades 2, 7, and 12.  Aluminum Grades- 1100, 3003, 6061 and 5083.  Chromes-Moly - F-5, F-9, F-11 and F-22 Other material available upon request.
