The trend of longevity extends to our employees as well where some have worked with Western Sugar for over 50 years. We take pride in our employees and strive to build their success.  There are countless opportunities to grow personally and professionally as a Western Sugar employee through the trust, guidance, and confidence we secure in them. Western Sugar hires a variety of skilled individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Factories are operated in Scottsbluff, Nebraska; Billings, Montana; Fort Morgan, Colorado; Lovell, Wyoming. Our headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado.
