A woman-founded firm, Westlake Consultants, Inc. remains proudly independent and locally owned. Our expertise is in working creatively and collaboratively with clients for successful project outcomes. Headquartered in the Portland metro area, we specialize in civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, 3D scan/precision measurement, and construction management services offered in Oregon, and beyond.
