Weston Hospicecare is a local hospice and palliative care charity based in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, England. Founded by the community in 1989, it provides physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual support to people with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, motor neurone disease, and heart or lung failure. The organization operates a day hospice, a ten-bed inpatient unit, a team of hospice community nurse specialists, hospice at home, chaplaincy, and bereavement services, all designed to support patients and their families at home or in the facility. The care is provided free of charge and relies on charitable support to cover costs of nearly £3 million annually, with about 19% funded by the NHS. The remainder comes from local fundraising, partnerships with local companies, the hospice shop network, and individual donations, and in 2025 Weston Hospicecare launched its Christmas Appeal.
