Whelchel Partners Real Estate Services was co-founded by the brother and sister duo of Jay Whelchel and Kristy Whelchel Hartofilis in the fall of 2010 after successful tenures at both local and regional commercial real estate companies. Jay and Kristy bring a unique perspective to South Florida real estate having grown up in Boca Raton, raising families here and engaging in the community through non-profit boards and activities.
