The scope of our work also is varied and includes design and build, remodeling, construction site maintenance and management, insurance claims and more. Our owner-president, Cloudy Vail, has directed multimillion dollar projects as a General Contractor as well as a construction manager/consultant. We recognize the individuality of each project and tailor the expertise and work-flow according to the specific requirements and demands to meet our customers’ expectations.

Whitehorn Construction maximizes the efficiency of each project through contract negotiation, project cost estimation, and material/labor contracts/purchasing.

Our approach is simple: we are 100 percent transparent on all project estimates and budget costs, including final costs. Our goal is to deliver – on time and within budget – every phase of your construction project per local and national codes. We guarantee our workmanship for one year on all of our projects.
