Whole9yards USA is a mid-sized, technology-enabled online retailer based in Dover, Delaware, founded in 2017. It collaborates with more than 600 brands across furniture, appliances, electronics, kitchen, home furnishings, toys, and pet products, distributing their wares through Amazon, Walmart, Target+, eBay, and its own direct-to-consumer channels. The business serves online shoppers by distributing a broad catalog of products via multiple marketplaces and its own sites. Operations combine inventory-led fulfillment from a four-warehouse U.S. network with a dropship component, supported by integrated systems for pricing, inventory management, order routing, and EDI compliance. Beyond distributing third-party brands, Whole9yards has built its own brands, Oakestry for furniture and BigKitchen for kitchenware, and completed the acquisition of BigKitchen in September 2023. Storefronts include kartit.us, bigkitchen.com, and oakestry.com, and the company shipped over 3.1 million units in 2025.
