The WZ Non-Confrontational Method, created and developed by WZ, is a conversational approach to interrogation that eliminates conflict between interviewers and their subjects, resulting in fewer denials and objections and producing admissions faster and more frequently.  The WZ Non-Confrontational Method has been relied on by thousands of human resources, loss prevention, law enforcement, military and government entities since its inception.  WZ has become the industry standard for interviewing techniques training.

ALL of WZ’s instructors have a minimum of ten (10) years experience, and are all Certified Forensic Interviewers (CFI).  To qualify for this distinction, an individual must have prior professional experience in interviewing, interrogation and investigation, and must pass a standardized examination covering a series of topics regarding the interview and interrogation process.
