WILCO AG offers a wide range of inspection systems (CCIT/Vision) for the demanding requirements of pharmaceutical, chemical, food, packaging and automotive industries. The inspection systems are ideal for all applications ranging from lab type up to fully automatic in-line testers with capacities of up to 600 products per minute.

WILCO AG has developed and patented inspection systems for a wide variety of applications such as: 
- Laser based headspace gas analysis for leak testing and process analysis
- The vacuum based LFC (liquid filled containers) leak testing method
- Differential pressure method for leak testing
- Vision systems for inspection of particles and cosmetic defects
- NIR Spectroscopy to analyze changes in the cake condition
- X-Ray to detect foreign particles, deformations and other defects
- High-speed mass spectrometry to measure very small leaks

WILCO AG was founded in 1971 by Martin Lehmann and belongs to German based Bausch+Ströbel, manufacturer of special machines, since 01.01.2013. WILCO AG is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

An innovative team of highly specialized scientists and engineers constantly develop new testing technologies and integrates these into fully automatic inspection machines and systems. The design and assembly of these machines are performed in a modern, state of the art plant in Switzerland.
