Founded in 2011 by Chris Glab and Rick Goldberg, wildbrine began as a mission-driven effort to bring healthful, naturally fermented foods to a local community. Born out of a volunteer initiative for the Ceres Community Project, wildbrine soon found its krauts becoming a hit among local health-conscious consumers, leading to the birth of the brand.
