Wilh. Werhahn KG is a group of companies with diverse activities in Germany and abroad. It is divided into the Building Materials, Consumer Goods and Financial Services divisions with various operating business units. Founded in Neuss in 1841, Werhahn is still entirely family owned. Diversification has characterized the company from the very beginning and is a cornerstone of its success. Market and customer proximity, reliability and social responsibility are the values that still characterize Werhahn today.

The Building Materials division comprises the Natural Stone business unit, which combines the Mineral Raw Materials, Asphalt Mixes, Building Materials Recycling/Disposal and Construction Chemicals business units. On the other hand, the Slate division produces and markets high-quality stone, primarily for roofs and façades.

Zwilling Kitchenware and Zwilling Beauty Group form the Consumer Goods division. Both divisions focus on the needs of international consumers and are among the leading suppliers in their markets with high-quality products under the core brands ZWILLING, STAUB and TWEEZERMAN.

In the financial services sector, abcfinance is a manufacturer- and bank-independent provider of leasing and factoring with abcbank aimed at commercial SMEs. Bank11 specializes in sales and purchase financing for the automotive trade. The start-up Yareto has developed into the market-leading car loan comparison portal for the trade. And abcfinlab, the Werhahn Group's latest start-up, is a user-centric, digital business model with innovative products and solutions for leasing and factoring.
