WVA is a Building and Zoning Law Consulting firm founded by William R. Vitacco, proudly serving New York City since 1969. Alongside his wife and children, he shaped an organization which they treated as their extended family. In 1979, William C. Vitacco became a member of his father's practice after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He then became full owner and President of the company in 1993. Since then, Mr. Vitacco has launched the organization from what was once a handful of consultants to now a thriving firm employing over 100 dedicated professionals today. While WVA has expanded, our values are still deeply embedded in the family ethics we've highly regarded since 1969.

Over the last 50 years, we have fostered substantial business relationships with city agencies based on our integrity and dedication to providing honest and accurate information to the city.
