Equities: The Williams Capital domestic trading desk provides our clients with full service execution for all listed and over-the-counter stocks. We have a diverse client base, from small institutional and hedge fund managers to multi-billion dollar mutual funds, insurance companies and public and private pension funds. Our traders have participated in the stock buy back programs of many top Fortune 500 companies.

Fixed Income: Our Fixed Income desk adds value to our investor and issuer relationships by providing diverse products and unique distribution combined with exceptional execution and market color. We provide product, liquidity and market color to an investor base which includes mutual funds, money managers, insurance companies, pension funds, municipalities, corporations, and bank trust departments.  Our product offerings include commercial paper, discount notes, certificates of deposit, new issue and secondary corporate bonds, agency, mortgage and asset backed securities.

Corporate Finance: Williams Capital primarily serves Fortune 500 seeking to access the U.S. debt and equity capital markets through the public and 144A markets. We have expertise and longstanding client relationships in most industry sectors including: banking, insurance and finance; utilities; energy; technology; communications; retail; consumer products; and general industrial.

Investment Management:  Williams Capital Management, LLC, (“WCM”), established in 2002, is an SEC-registered investment advisor and a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Williams Capital Group, L.P.  WCM provides cash management and short-term fixed income investment strategies in customized separate accounts and through the Aaa/AAAm-rated Williams Capital Government Money Market Fund (the “Fund”), a 2a-7 government money market mutual fund.
