Wilson Management Inc. is a Bellevue based Property Management Company in business since 1982.  We manage multiple types of real estate;  commercial office/retail, apartments, and single family.  In the past we have also managed marinas, mini storage and mobile home parks.

We utilize a state of the art cloud accounting system, Appfolio, which is also capable of managing work orders and marketing.

We are capable of all types of project management, such as apartment unit rehab, re-roofing, exterior paint, public area remodeling, and landscaping.
