Winderosa is an industry leader in manufacturing high performance gaskets for the Dirt bike, ATV, Snowmobile and Personal Watercraft markets.

In 2013, Winderosa was purchased by Arrowhead Electrical Products (AEP). Since being purchased, Winderosa has increased product offerings and production capacity. A new Enterprise Resource Planning system has allowed for more efficient production and faster delivery times. Expansion has also included the addition of a new waterjet machine and a new punch press.

AEP is a leading supplier of non-discretionary, mission-critical, aftermarket replacement parts for a wide variety of motorized vehicles. The company is based in Blaine, Minnesota, just outside Minneapolis.

AEP is growing quickly both organically and through acquisition. AEP has completed eleven acquisitions since 2011 to expand its product offering and geographical reach. AEP management believes company revenue could reach ~$600  million by 2020.
