Windmill Investments is a private real estate investment company. We have over 100 years of collective experience specializing in multifamily apartment complexes, single-family homes and commercial office.

We use proprietary analysis to identify markets that are poised for growth. Within these markets, we identify the neighborhoods that have the best combination of purchase price and rental growth. We then select the specific properties and structure deals that provide both current income and robust capital appreciation. Ideally, we utilize our network of contacts to purchase off market, directly from owners. Although we don’t shy away from the competition of an open market property, every asset has to meet our buying criteria and we can often create more value by utilizing our network.

As a performance-based company, our objective is to minimize overhead and target capital improvements to areas where they generate the highest return. This can be improving curb appeal, interior upgrades, or when necessary, correcting deferred maintenance or structural faults. Through disciplined analysis and conservative investments, we strive to reduce risk and consistently deliver superior returns.
