Headquartered in Spokane, Washington, we also serve communities in Idaho, Montana, California, Colorado and Georgia.

Our founders, Dr. Thomas Beck and Wendy Popa, have walked the path of many of our patients and parents, infusing the practice with a level understanding rarely found elsewhere. Our team of licensed clinicians provides psychiatry and speech-language pathology treatment in person or via telehealth, guiding clients through customized, evidence-backed treatment programs aligned with personal circumstances, needs and lifestyles. This multidisciplinary approach helps patients manage symptoms in their everyday lives and empowers them to play a prominent role in their treatment pathways.
