Winterhawk is a caliper tool provider for New Construction and On Stream line sections. The tool provides reports containing Dents - height/orientation/location, Ovality, Debris - span/height/location, Heavy Wall Pipe, Bends - angle/direction/radius/wall thickness/minimum bend separation, Welds - shouldered welds/high penetrated welds, Valves - operator partially closed/open, Tee's - unbarred/ barred/protruding pig bar, Reducers, and Go/No Go's for ILI tools.

Winterhawk consist of selling and tracking of cleaning pigs, tracking of all caliper, and inline inspection tools. W.P.S.’s field technicians will layout Above Ground Marker locations throughout the line section with carsonites, wood stakes, flags, or pipeline signs. While running these pigs through the line section a spreadsheet will be produced with times of pig passage, ETA’s of the next AGM location, MPH, and stationing. We offer Sub-meter / Site Documentation for all pipelines, including the pipeline depth of cover. 
Pipeline Cleaning Equipment:
Winterhawk offers pipeline cleaning pigs from 3” to 60”.  These pigs consist of Mandrel Pigs, Poly Pigs, Multi-Size Pigs, Cast Pigs, and Pipeline Spheres. Winterhawk also designs and fabricates custom pigs for more challenging pipelines. We sell gauge plate pigs for determining anomalies, bends, and a potential safe passage for smart tools. We also offer technical support on cleaning sequences.
