Members of WinterPark have been working within the automotive industry since the inception of OBDII in 1994 developing and testing production vehicle calibrations. In addition to specializing in OBD, team members have developed full production vehicle calibrations for European and US automotive manufacturers. These calibration efforts were focused on: reduction of tailpipe emission & fuel consumption, enhancement of driveability & vehicle performance, and proper detection of defective emission control devices.

WinterPark has also been providing its services to hybrid electric vehicle manufacturers since 2006 with particular emphasis on OBD and emission reductions strategy development. By combining our experience with manufacturers’ direct product knowledge, we have successfully worked together with our clients to achieve emission & OBD compliance.

For the past 29 years (1994 to present), through these development projects, members of WinterPark have established a reputable status with CARB staff members. In addition, WinterPark has been providing complete OBD Certification Documentation services for the past sixteen years for Marine, Automotive, and Heavy Duty manufacturers.
