Winters Healthcare is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Northern California dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate health care to each person, regardless of his or her ability to pay. We are a small, non-profit organization providing primary care to over 3000 patients via a team-based model that includes integrated behavioral health, perinatal and dental services. We are committed to serving the all those in the community with the best possible care whether they have private insurance, public insurance or no insurance. We value change and innovation and are technologically savvy. We operate integrated electronic medical records, e-prescriptions, e-laboratory ordering and results. In order to meet our Quality Core Values we utilize meaningful data to develop processes that empower patients. We value relationships between providers, care team-based support staff to help patients obtain their health and lifestyle goals.
