Our Mission
The WISE mission is to create and support programs that enhance the success and growth of women in the business of sports. The organization strives to be the definitive source for business women seeking information about issues, challenges and opportunities impacting all stages of their career — from entry level to senior management and those in transition.

National Leadership
Governed by a board of directors, WISE National sets organizational strategy and provides members with a variety of resources — including member-exclusive online tools at WISEworks.org — to aid in their professional development.

Local Chapters
WISE has local chapters in 25 cities in the US and Canada, offering members programming, events and regular face-to-face networking opportunities in their region. Chapters also work with WISE National to deliver organization-wide initiatives such as Speed Mentoring Roundtables.
