WISE — Women in Sports and Events is a professional association focused on advancing women's careers and leadership in the business of sports. Over the past thirty years it has built resources to help members navigate the unique personal and professional challenges of the industry, supported by a national board and member-exclusive tools at WISEworks.org. With more than 5,000 members and 25 chapters across the United States and Canada, the organization is headquartered in New York City.

Its members span all stages of a sports-business career, from entry level to senior management and transitions, and local chapters provide programming, events, and face-to-face networking. Recent activity includes collaborations such as a January 2024 partnership with Harvard Athletics and the Harvard Business School to host a Women in Sports Business panel and networking reception in Boston.
