Woldoff Associates provides executive recruiting services, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance and tax professionals. We service clients primarily in the Philadelphia and New York metropolitan areas. We represent quality personnel currently employed in accounting, finance, and tax related positions. Founded in 1988, we have developed a reputation of integrity and professionalism. We do not submit unsolicited resumes, and we always contact each candidate before sending their resume to a client company. We attempt to treat both clients and candidates professionally. We ask a lot of questions, and listen to what both our clients and candidates are looking for. Our goal is to be good matchmakers for the long-term. We take pride in the number of referrals we receive. Our staff of recruiters works together as a team, and we feel that our clients and candidates benefit from this approach. Our recruiting team consists of four recruiters, with collectively over 50 years of recruiting experience. Our backgrounds include CPA’s, Big 4 and corporate experience. We are members of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants (MAAPC) and the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Our recruiters are also active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Financial Executives Institute (FEI), and numerous civic and charitable organizations.
