Women Entrepreneurs Secrets of Success (WESOS) is a Chicago-based networking community that focuses on connecting women entrepreneurs to mutual support, collaboration, and shared resources. Founded in 2010, the organization has grown from a small group into a multi-chapter network that holds multiple meetings each month, aiming to empower women to reach and exceed their business goals through authentic relationships and ongoing support. Operating in the social networking platforms space, WESOS positions itself as a platform where women can access a network and resources to foster business growth and collaboration rather than standalone activities. The organization describes its intention as fostering a thriving community committed to cultivating genuine connections while providing sustained mutual support and resources for business development, with a stated vision to impact one million women worldwide. A recent development noted is the launch of a Lifetime Membership, introduced around mid-2021, alongside website and member directory upgrades and added benefits.
