Women for Afghan Women (WAW) is a non-profit organization focused on protecting and promoting the rights of Afghan women and girls, both in Afghanistan and in New York. The organization provides services, education, and advocacy to individuals who have endured human rights violations such as forced and underage marriage, domestic violence, and barriers to education and employment, aiming to support self-determination and full participation in political, social, cultural, and economic life.
