Women of Reform Judaism is a nonprofit organization that mobilizes Jewish women to strengthen communities through sisterhood, spirituality, and social justice. As an affiliate of the Union for Reform Judaism and a core part of the Reform Jewish Movement, WRJ functions as an umbrella for hundreds of affiliated sisterhoods, linking tens of thousands of members across the globe. Headquartered in New York City, WRJ operates within the nonprofit sector and maintains a worldwide network of women's groups within the Reform movement. Its work centers on empowering women and communities and addressing issues relevant to Jewish women across affiliated organizations. In 2025, WRJ expanded its collaborative activities by partnering with the World Union for Progressive Judaism to launch Voices & Viewpoints: A Global Women's Torah Circle, an online learning community that explores Torah study from a feminist perspective.
